Here are some things you need to know in the lead up to us laying your new flooring

Pre-Installation Prep

Please note that any underfloor insulation that has been installed, can affect your flooring installation for at least two years after the insulation has been fitted. Please call to discuss if this is an issue that may affect you.

Underfloor Insulation

Unforeseen or additional work needing to be completed which has not been quoted for, may be charged as extra to the end job – this may include but is not limited to: moving furniture and appliances, tidying jobsite, supplementary floor preparation and extra travel.

Additional Work

Ensure Cleanliness

Unless requested and included in the quote, no time has been included for any cleaning out of rooms, removing any furniture or appliances, or working around other tradespeople. The expectation is that all areas included in this quote are to be empty, and sanitary before our installers arrive.

Please ensure suitable time and conditions have been met after any painting or wallpapering of walls or skirtings. While all care is taken, our tools and your chosen products will come into contact with these surfaces.
